The shape of a good answer
A strong introduction connects who you are, what you have done and why it matters for this role. It should not be your full biography.
Use a three-part answer
Start with your current identity, add one proof point and end with the kind of work you want to do next.
Practise out loud
Reading the answer silently is not enough. Record it, check pace and cut filler phrases that make you sound unsure.
