One Minute Speech Practice Plan

A practical plan for one-minute speech practice using surprise topics, PREP structure, timing and feedback.

Why one minute works

One minute is enough to make one point, give one reason and add one example. It is also short enough that you can repeat it daily.

The timing map

Use the first ten seconds for the point, the middle forty seconds for reason and example, and the final ten seconds for a clean ending.

How to improve

Do not chase a perfect speech. Chase one better retry. That is where skill compounds.
