Use active vocabulary
A word is useful only if you can say it naturally while speaking. Choose phrases you can actually use under pressure.
Replace vague phrases
Instead of very good, try useful, practical, convincing, steady or reliable depending on the meaning.
Practise inside answers
Do not memorise word lists alone. Use the new phrase in a one-minute answer so it becomes speakable.
