✎ the fine print

Your voice stays yours.

Plain-English privacy: what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to delete it — because a promise about your recordings needs a policy behind it.

✎ what we keep

The little we need

Your email (to sign you in), the takes you choose to save (transcript + feedback), and basic usage so we can improve the product. That's it — no contacts, no tracking you around the web.

✎ your audio

Deleted by default

We transcribe your take to mark it up, then delete the audio as soon as your edition is ready. Want to hear yourself back? Turn on 30-day replays in Account — off unless you choose it.

✎ your controls

Export or erase, anytime

Download your archive or delete your account from Account → Privacy. Delete means delete — transcripts and any saved replays go with it, and we confirm within 30 days.

What we never do

  • We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.
  • We don't train on your voice without your explicit opt-in.
  • We don't judge your accent. We measure whether you're understood — Indian English is the default reference.
  • We don't see your card. UPI and card payments run through a licensed gateway.

Who processes what

To turn speech into feedback we use a speech-to-text service and a language model, sent only the audio/transcript needed for that one take and bound by their data-processing terms. We don't send them your identity, and we don't keep the audio after the edition is ready.

Impromptu Speaking is in early access; this page describes how the live product handles your data. We'll post the date of any material change here and email account holders.
